Notes

Felt good! Did moderate, easy pace for half then pick it up a bit the last 20 on the trail then finished hard for a 7:15 mile on the track and then did a lap easy. Foot felt totally fine, hip flexers, esp right side was sore. Did stretching and some hip strength.
