Notes
Too much tweaking. Could not decide which race to run. 5K or 10K or 5K, geez, just pick one. Picked wrong. Definatly am in more of "10K shape", seeing as I have done NO speed/farty over the past month.
Hammy just now getting a little better, but no excuse.
Still new at this, will try to do some actual speed work this summer. This is about as good as it gets on 8:30 marathon training.
