Notes

Knew I was not in good running shape, so I walked some (4) water stops and got water on my head and in my pants/back. Got some encouragement from one guy and picked it up to the finish. Not bad for only 20 miles in the last month since the injury. Used small steps to get my running legs back. Just not in good enough running shape to run a sub 30 right now, it will come back.
