2012 Country Music 1/2 Marathon - check my logs earlier this week, see where my heel was hurting. Plantar fasciitis - the Plantar facia tendon burst right at the top of the hill at mile 3. Was through mile 3 at 23:20, around pace for 1:42. Hobbled in the last 10 miles. LOL.
