Start of cutback week and I didn't really run easy. Ran a touch hard (steady state effort), especially out of the gate. Was nice and hot too. A touch of soreness in the rt calf but it felt way better than Saturday. 6 strides (on grass)

The new Merrels are winners and I'll be wearing them in Colorado

Side note, eating was terrible last week or so and the weight is starting to go up. Time to get back into weight loss habits.
