Distance close enough for horseshoes but you can see some of the kick sets got messed up.
MWM sprint (?) day. More like hard day. I was wiped by the end of the organized WU and couldn't get 50s below :50 which .... is bad.
Personal WU - stuff, lots of drills
Group WU - 4x50 desc, 4x50 kick, 3x200 pull (first 2 w/ paddles)

etc but I got out. I just couldn't go hard and right shoulder was a little sore so I called it.
