Ran the Redlands Half Marathon all by myself. It was brutal. Lots and lots of steep uphill, then thankfully some good down hill to make up some time. I tried to make sure I didn't use up to much on the uphills and for the most part I think I did ok. I was able to running push the pace going down. When I had 3 miles left I was really running good and fast but then in the last mile it was a slight up hill and it was really hard. Once I made the last turn with a .10 to go I gave it all I had and felt AMAZING!!! New PR :) and 3rd place in my age group. Missed 2nd place by 2 seconds.
