Started at 5.5 -6.2 for first mile, steadily increased to 7.1-7.3 for last 2 miles. I was getting tired towards the end. My heart rate spiked to 172-178 but I don't think that was accurate because it went back to the mid 140 range and stayed there. When first increasing speed I felt like I was out of breath but then I settled in, possibly increased speed too soon. New shoes felt great!
