Notes
Well, I went out there not knowing when I'd be able to run again, and decided to make this one count.
Weather was cool but comfortable. My legs felt a little tired on the first two miles, and I'm not exactly sure why. They got warmed up by mile 3, though. I kept it fairly steady for the next few miles, gradually speeding up a little, and then I took off on the last mile, and finished with what I'm pretty sure is the fastest mile I've run this year.
I'm pretty happy how it turned out.
