Long run at Poco with Jason and Justin. Parked at Courthouse and ran the Fiendly Station loop plus beaver lake. Slow to start but worked into a good pace about 10 miles in. Felt pretty good and smooth most of the way. Calves and gluts were a little achy at times. Although it was warm for this time of year, it didn't seem to bother me too much.
