Notes

First track session of the new cycle. Goal was to get the legs turning over without beating myself up to much. In addition I wanted to get progressively faster throughout. Didn't feel so good at first, but warmed up hitting 63 high on the last 400.

After a easy cool down I did some core on the track and some AIS. Warm day for early January.
