Notes

Ran later in the day with Justin. Wanted to go this morning, but 35 and heavy rain would have been miserable. Didn't eat enough earlier in the day, so I didn't feel right throughout. The route was flood wall in reverse. Left calf and piriformis were achy throughout.

Pre run - Woke up with a really tight back so i stretched and rolled for about 30-min.

Post run - Rocker board toe touches and transverse exercises at night.

* Lots of AIS and rolling. Starting in incorporate a few more stretches.
