Helped Ester with a workout at PP. Muggy morning and we got a later start than I would have liked.
2 mile WU + 3 mi around 6:05/mile + 1 mi easy + 2 mi at 5:50 + 1 mile easy + 1 mi at 5:42 + 2.5 mi CD. Felt nice to run a little faster without dipping down into threshold.
8 x 15 sec strides to finish up.
