Nice run with Esther and Cole at Poco. Ran really easy but was nice to have the company. Legs were feeling heavy towards the end. IT band and hip flexor were cooperating today. A little humid but not bad for July.
Post run: Relaxed at the pool with Esther. Nice to not work!
