Amazing long run in Maine! What a difference the weather makes. Didn't get out till 9:30, but it was absolutely beautiful. After a 7:00 first mile I steadily dropped the pace, running the last 4 miles under 6:00/mile. Was feeling it the last 3 miles but stayed strong and efficient. Really starting to feel fit. It's a lot easier to enjoy the process when you don't feel beat up all the time!
