Notes

Workout - 3 mi WU + drills/strides + 2 miles at T pace + 2 miles of 30-sec hard followed by 1:00-1:30 easy.

2 miles were done in 10:18 - felt in control and smooth after the first couple of minutes. Felt strong on the 30-sec pickups as well. 15:00 easy cool down

Post run - Massage a few hours following the workout. Felt good but wasn't all that impressed. Sure it will help for the race this weekend
