Notes

Big loop, running twice around bell island. Got into a good rhythm pretty quick. Decided to do something different and incorporate the strides into my run on Monument. I'd run hard 20-sec then relax for 1-min. Felt really good. Had to be careful of not running too fast since I did a harder Long run effort yesterday.
