Notes

Bitter cold run this morning in Boulder. Matt and I ran over to the Cu XC course and did a few different loops. Wore the ice breaker's on my shoes for the snow and ice. Seemed to help although you have to work a little harder. Good to have for the winter out here. At least the sun was out today, so I finally got that beautiful view of the flat irons! Still hard to believe that I'm living is such a beautiful place.

Pre run - glut activation, seems to be helping although right glut/ hip flexor got tight the last 3 miles

post run - few more glut/ core exercises + stretching & rolling
