- Butt Kicks
- Bear Crawls
- Skipping
- Carioca Shuffle
- Leg Kicks
- 1/2 Mile Warm Up
Workout:
- 25 Push-Ups
- 20 Body Weight Rows
- 15 Hanging Leg Raises
- 10 Chin-Ups
- Run 1/2 Mile
- 15 Bench Jumps
- Walking Plank with Partner (switch)
- Adductor/Abductor Squeeze with Partner (Switch)
- Run 1/2 Mile
- 25 Push-Ups
- 15 Tricep Dips
- 10 Chin-Ups with 5 Second L-Hang on Each
- 60 Second Plank
- Run 1/2 Mile
- 10 Bench Jump Burpees
- 60 Second Plank
- Run 1/2 Mile
