- 15 Hanging Leg Raises

- 10 Chin-Ups

- Run 1/2 Mile

- 15 Bench Jumps

- Walking Plank with Partner (switch)

- Adductor/Abductor Squeeze with Partner (Switch)

- Run 1/2 Mile

- 25 Push-Ups

- 15 Tricep Dips
