Training session with Damian this morning. Ran a 1 lap warm up around the track. Then we got into the workout. It was a brutal one. And I did the entire workout with him. We ran a fartlek to a park nearby. Then we did a bunch of stuff over there. Then we ran a fartlek back to where we started. Then we did another round of that. And then we had a crazy insane finisher. A total of 3.25 miles. Great workout.

- Fartlek back to field
- 10 Hanging Leg Raises

- 10 V-Ups
Finisher:
- Cone Shuttle Runs Down The Field
- 25 Push-Ups
- Bear Crawl Down Field
- 25 Ab Wheel Rollouts
- Burpee to Broad Jump Down Field
- 25 Leg Tosses
- Partner Wheel Barrow Down Field & Switch
- Cone Shuttle Runs Down The Field
Cool Down:

- Stretch
- Foam Roll
