Went out for a run at around midnight. I was feeling good, I wasn't tired and I had just finished up an at home body weight workout. During my run I felt so good, especially in the beginning. I took a different course than I normally do. I ran to Ridgeland Ave. and then I went to 111th and all the way to Harlem before I turned to head back home. I then took the long way home on the way back. I ended up with 8 miles on the dot as I passed by the house. It felt great to get out there and just keep running. I didn't have a number of miles in mind when I started. Here's the at home body weight workout I did before the run.
