Notes
Plan was for 3 mile warm up then 1 mile intervals w/half mile recovery x 4, 2 mile cool down. I ran uphill and couldn't get any speed, then had to take walk breaks. Nothing more in my legs. Maybe too close to 10 mile run two days ago.
