I was tempted to do this on the treadmill so I wouldn't have to worry about pace, but I decided to man up and head out to the trail. I was hoping for 7:25-7:30s and so was very pleased. Splits were 7:18, 7:26, 7:33, 7:28. If I could run a half marathon at this pace I would be headed for a great big PR.
