I got in about 15 minutes before group run, then ran with the group (mainly Rachel) on the 6-mile loop. We started out with Thom, Jon, and Steph, but they dropped us on the Jordan hill. We still kept up a good pace though...I would say closer to 8:00s for that part of the run. Then I cooled down back to the car. Good run; feeling recovered from the half!
