OW, my butt! I reintroduced lunges into my weight routine yesterday and HOLY CRAP. I feel like I ran a marathon backwards. I promised myself I would keep things SUPER easy tonight. The first half mile I probably looked like a mutant penguin, but things loosened up after that and I felt fine. I kept the pace very easy though...don't want to push things while my muscles are so mad at me.
