Notes
I first got up at 6:30 and felt like CRAP. I'm fighting off a cold and a bit of a sore throat and it was worse this morning. I started to get dressed and then just gave up and went back to bed. Zonk. Got up again at 9 and felt a lot better, so went on with the run. Did the last three in 24:42 (8:14/mile) and felt pretty good. The first 12 was closer to 10:00/mile.
