Notes

The pace comes out being a bit fast for a recovery run, but I started out with the faster group and was kind of pulled along with them at first before easing up and finishing the run alone. So most of the run was closer to 10 min pace. I felt really good...no soreness or tightness left over from the 30 miles of running I did over the weekend. Yay!
