Easy 1.5 mile warm uprepeats 5x1600 7:10 7:06 6:54 6:56 6:44. then 800 cool-down.

felt pretty good during this workout. i know i was a little more than T pace, but i stayed strong and finished the workout. I'm sure that next time i run this workout will need to start and stay closer to the 7:10 mark. until this workout seems easier.
