Airport to Old Colony Rd. up by Snyder County Prison, then hit Salem Rd, and Cut to Clifford Road and then cut down Sasafras behind SU and into town.
10.0 mile loop in 1:11. I surprised the CRAP out of myself. I just ran within my HR zone for the most part, and picked it up on the way back into town on the downhills. There were plenty of Hill in the mid part of the run. According to mapmyrun.com the elevation of the course goes from 440ft up to 600ft and back down to 440. So I did get some hills in today.
