nice flat start out past the Coke plant, then turn onto Bake Oven Hill Road, which then turned into Clifford Rd, then once I got back into town I added on around the HS and then up market St.
legs didn't feel too bad today. i'm sure things will get better within the next month or two. i need to realize that i'm not going to see great gains within the next few weeks.
