i think we have figured out the problem folks.....

it was stress related issues that caused chest pains, high blood pressure and heart issues.

my body had adapted to me running 50 to 70 miles a week, and then when I got sick and completly stopped running for a week(due to being sick), there were no outlets for my body to release daily stress. This is the same partern that happened back in 2010 when i was sent to Hershey Medical Center.

i will continue to monitor my blood pressure, and heart rate every morning and adjust the workouts to keep with-in safe training zones.
