legs felt pretty quick today... that was two pretty solid days in a row... tomorrow will be an easy 55 min run, most of which will be run on grass, or gravel.. i will get my firsr real test of leg speed this weekend at the New York Road Runners Club X-C championships, held on Sunday in Van Cortland Pack.
