today's work out 3x 5x300m, 1st and 2nd set, 100m jog recovery, 3:00 rest between each set, 3rd set 100m walk recovery. wanted to work from avg 0:55 to 0:50 or faster. stayed consistent within the sets and dropped time very well with these. overall good workout and went fast which is nice.
