overall a good workout despite it being 30 degrees at 7PM!!!! i didnt want to go out too hard the first repeat so we kept it steady and was 1 second off the pace range. the 400s felt like we were going really fast but kepy hitting the same time except for one faster one. the 200s were by far the best i think. speed wise i could tell i was working, but still had more gears left at the end idk that i was going to go sub 30 this early on in the year. good full workout with zeke
