wanted to get in a little tempo on this long easier day. went right into it and didnt stop from the little warm up to the course. first mile was 6:26, 12:53, 19:08. went even the whole tempo, hills slowed me down a little bit in the middle but didn't feel bad at all. felt good to open up a little bit in the middle of a run. took a little 2 minute break at the end of the tempo to do the cool down back home. ran into my old hs xc team up there too.
