Notes

legs were a little bit tight and tired from the mile and sitting around. should have stretched out better and warmed up better. ran this with whatever i had left, went through the 400m in 60 and came back in a 65-66. legs were tied up at the end but i felt fine doing this with no speed work but off o strength
