Workout: Warmup: 40:00 2x20min hard 10min recovery Cooldown 40:00 Free ride rest of the ride. tried keeping the cadence over 100 on the hard efforts in the lower gears. Climbed in the big ring except for Springfield and Pekin Ave...legs are getting stronger.

felt really good finishing INTO the wind!! threw in some hills at the end and a few sprints on RT 8 to shock the system.
