used about 60oz of water. refilled one bottle at the Marathon and headed back. Cross head/tailwind the whole time, mainly cross head wind. Wanted to get into the lactic threshold and push Old Peoria. Used 8-10 on the way down and 6-10 on the way back mainly. tried keeping cadence over 90 whole way. Threw in some sprints in the middle to shock the system.
