9x800m at 2:40-2:44 pace. did the first half of these at the pace range. didn't try to make each on faster as I went on, just paced myself off of danny and for the last few I wanted to run them with him so he would have someone to run with. zeke jumped in with 2 to go and led his first one, him and danny were about 2:31 for that. overall good workout and felt like i could keep going on if i had to. legs felt good, just the calves are a little tight from being on the track
