Notes

Felt like this was hard for some reason. Legs felt dead the whole way and couldn't loosen up. Ran this by myself the whole time after the first 1.25 miles. Tried to catch Danny but seemed like he kept going quicker, and the hill at the end killed me. Overall it was a quick warm up but it was still pretty good.
