wanted this to be a building tempo/hills workout. went to laura-bradley park because it has nice rolling hills and not many cars drive on it at all. made up my own loop and varied it each time. some of the turns i put down might have been off but i was flying on the downhill and keeping it steady on the flat parts and working the hell out of the hills. think it was about 6.5 miles overall??? wish i had a garmin for this. great effort overall especially with it being as hot as it is. oh also stopped for a minute at 18mins and 25 mins to get a quick drink at this water fountain by the dog park
