did the last workout before the race, openers to get the legs opened and ready, took awhile to get the workout started on my Garmin though, 20^ 5x30 race pace+ 5easy rest cool down...bike has never ran so smooth, just tuned her up this morning!! Time to clean it up and take it easy til tomorrow!!!
