Notes

first 3 miles was a building warm up at 19:16, then i did 7x1min on/1min off, with an extra 1min pickup at the beginning. they felt pretty good and made me focus more on my breathing and the repeats than how much i had left to run. the last 2 miles or so were a cool down up the hill to my house.
