Notes

2x300 with 60sec rest, 1x800 with steeple barriers set up, 1x400 with steeple barriers set up, 2x300 full recovery. the first two 300s were just to get the legs opened up a little bit before the rest of the workout. steeple 800/400 felt pretty good, stepped a few of the barriers on the 800, and 1-2 on the 400, theyre getting easier but it'll still take some work. the last two 300s were full speed almost to get some speed work in and the felt pretty good if i had some more rest i feel i could have ran these faster.
