wanted to get in some steeple work after watching a couple of videos online. did a few strides over the barrier to try and better my lead/trail leg sequence. set the barriers up in lane 7 and did each interval from there. didnt want to push these hard at all because tomorrow is a workout day. i had a few perfect jumps on the homestretch. only stepped 4 barriers both intervals and switched between legs to jump off of and felt comfortable. overall this wasn't too hard of a workout but it got me a little tired.
