pat\rt 2/3 of workout. hills and tempo

started this out the same loop as last week but i added on the longer tempo part at the bottom of the huge hill. wanted to build into this fairly nice. i know i went in 2miles around 12:20 going up and down hills the whole time. worked the hills easy downhill and tempoed most of the flat parts on the top/bottom of the hill. did about a 2 mile tempo after this around bradley
