20^ 15-10-5-3 thresholds with 10-5-5 rest in between, rest of the ride cool down. threw in some big sprints in the middle. worked all the lower gears and tried keeping cadence 80-90+. average was right around 22.6 when i crossed 28 miles..ready for next week
