ran the miles that icc does. wanted to finish the whole workout and switch it up a bit. wanted to go 4x1 mile at least. and throw some 800s in the middle to switch it up but felt really good on these didnt push too hard felt very comfortable running all by myself this time. was really consistent for the whole thing pretty much. never worked my way back wards like i used to do in hs. best solo workout
