todays workout. 4x800, 2nd and 4th with barriers with 75 in between reps and 2:30 at the end of the set. 4x400 75 rest in between each rep and 2:30 at the end of the set, 1st and 3rd with barriers, 2x200 full recovery.
800s with the barrier felt more comfortable than they have been usually, only stepped about 5 total throughout the whole workout. ran the barrier 400s about the same pace as the regular 400s and felt comfortable. 200s felt like i had some gas left at the end of the first one, 2nd was in the wind and i was more tired at the end of this. overall good workout and good attitude despite the conditions
