Once we got out for the opening quarter I knew this was going to be a fast workout. The first interval was pretty good, first lap felt fast but we settled into a faster pace on the second lap of each interval. I tried leading until the 200m then Danny would take over for a little bit. He kept pushin me to go harder in the middle of the repeats and worked together nicely. I felt really strong and even though my breathing was burning I was recovered before or right before the next repeat. Possibly the fastest workout all year and the best work we've done on the track!!
